Experienced Waitstaff

What we’re looking for:

Experience

Minimum of 3 years experience as a server in full service restaurants

(Preferably high-volume kitchens, but not required.)

Knowledge of Toast POS system preferable, but not required

Winning Attitude

It takes a team to keep our kitchens moving, and we expect everyone to be a team player.

Technique

Some servers that work on the floor at Picos have been around for 30+ years and have garnered clientele for themselves. We expect our servers to have excellent communication/people skills and the ability to sell customers on the authentic Mexican experience Picos has to offer.

Organization, Attention to Detail, Good Time Management

Picos is a high-volume kitchen and we expect you to be able to:

- Take direction.

- Have intention and attention to detail in your work

- Run an orderly section and know where things are kept and keep things organized

- Be organized in your work and manage your time effectively.

Availability + Stamina

Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time
