As we prepare for our next chapter, we're raising a glass to the one that started it all. Join us on Thursday, July 9th, for the first of our Farewell Tequila Dinner Series, a special evening celebrating 42 years of Picos traditions, flavors, and hospitality. Guests will enjoy a six-course dinner crafted by Chef Arnaldo Richards, showcasing the bold flavors and culinary heritage that have defined Picos since 1984. Enhance your experience with an optional curated tequila pairing featuring six hand-selected pours and a welcome cocktail. Throughout the evening, Kehlen Scott, Spirits Specialist with Proximo Spirits, will guide guests through each tequila selection, sharing the stories, craftsmanship, and tasting notes behind every pour.
